your neck like any halter neck top and can be adjusted (Source: @tatatowels/ Instagram) Top News Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel-starrer ‘500 Days of Summer’ is a hit romantic film but talk about 500 days of heat in real life it’s nothing but horror And ask any woman with slightly heavy breasts they will tell you the hardship of tackling sweaty boobs in hot and humid weather So what exactly is the solution to get rid of underboob sweat Is there any Yes it now exists a towel that covers just your bosom and absorbs all the sweat Called the ‘Ta Ta Towels’ the patented product is widely being described as a “hammock for your boobs” Women across the world have gone euphoric over this quirky and one-of-its-kind product and there are good reasons behind it Its creator Erin Robertson came up with this bizarre solution to a practical female problem from her own experience “I was living in Los Angeles and getting ready to go out on a first date As I got out of the shower and started getting ready I could not stop sweating — not because I was about to go on a first date but because my tiny A/C unit was broken AND it was the beginning of summer” she wrote on the towel’s website After trying various options to combat the sweating she thought “There HAS to be a better way to keep the beads of sweat from dripping down my stomach” And like Robertson many women around the world felt the same and realised this is what they need some even said they need 10 Sure the ‘boob holder’ looks rather unusual — but if you talk about comfort and the purpose it seems on point In fact breastfeeding mothers can’t stop praising it as it solves leakage problems and the company also claims that it is good on sensitive nipples Many breastfeeding moms complain about night-time leakage and how this product might solve the problem like magic Talking to BabyCenter blog Robertson said she has received a lot of positive feedback from nursing mothers as well as pregnant women “Your breasts go through a lot of changes while you’re pregnant (and postpartum) and the Ta-Ta Towel grows with you — and your boobs — to give you support and relief Since the towels are so thin you can get away with wearing one under your shirt or maxi dress As your growing breasts become heavy and sore a constricting bra is the last thing you want to wear” she said Though many are praising the product others have slammed it calling it “ugly” and others calling it “pointless” and until it was advertised they didn’t know that one needs a “towel for under boob sweat” But this could be because not all women face the problem And perhaps that’s the reason why it is available in only from a cup C to a cup H Priced at $45 it has been branded as lounge wear that helps ladies relax at home or basking in the sun Though the brand claims it has gone global it’s still not available for shipping to Asian countries But one thing for which the company must be lauded is showcasing models who do not abide by the popular body standards often seen in beauty and fashion industry The brand chose curvy women to don their product and it’s an unusual sight because models with ‘more than an inch to pinch’ are rarely chosen to for lingerie ads For all the latest Lifestyle News download Indian Express App IE Online Media Services Pvt Ltd More Top NewsThe five state Assembly elections are more become the engine for the Congress revival It has enough octane being a pivotal state and India’s bread basket to create a national resurgence if it delivers the wings for an ‘Udta Punjab’ The one interesting fallout of these results is the endless controversy that will be created about whether Rahul should stay on as Congress leader in the fight from this moment onwards If he can be damned so out of hand for the Uttar Pradesh failure it seems a bit unfair that he is denied credit in the states where the Congress showed its mettle? is to be revived.

Pole coming together But with some degree of maturity displayed by either side it is really working towards the developmental of Jammu and Kashmir" File image of Mufti Sayeed AFP Speaking about the Chelsea in the Champions League group stage in 2013 Elimination of Tottenham in the Europa League quarterfinals a season earlier The season before that the famous 2-1 home win over Manchester United that denied England’s biggest club a spot in the Champions League knockout stage No wonder United manager Jose Mourinho sounded a note of caution when Basel was drawn as a group-stage opponent in this season’s Champions League In reality though United the current leader of the Premier League should have little to worry about when it opens group play against the Swiss champion at Old Trafford on Tuesday Basel has started its bid for a ninth straight Swiss league title with as many losses in seven games two as it had all last season when the team finished 17 points clear Fans whistled the players off the field Saturday after a 2-1 home loss to last-place Lausanne It has been a tough start for rookie coach Raphael Wicky who pits his wits against Mourinho in just his ninth senior competitive game The 40-year-old Wicky was an experienced midfielder for Switzerland though his highest coaching level before this season was in UEFA’s youth version of the Champions League Wicky inherited a squad with fewer of the top Swiss prospects Basel has relied upon _ and typically sold quickly to Bundesliga clubs _ in its title-winning run When players like Xherdan Shaqiri Granit Xhaka and Breel Embolo were sold in recent years they were often replaced by shrewd acquisitions like Mohamed Salah who left Basel for Chelsea after his goals beat the current English champion four years ago Now Basel’s best offseason signing is a player who already failed to meet the Premier League’s standards With seven goals in seven league games Dutch forward Ricky van Wolfswinkel might make Norwich fans wonder why he scored just a single goal in their relegation season of 2013-14 A sign that Basel is no longer the force of old _ at least in the eyes of English opponents _ came last season when the team managed by Urs Fischer was swept aside in 2-0 and 4-1 losses to Arsenal in group play United has won three of its first four league games and has been more clinical this season with new striker Romelu Lukaku scoring five goals in five matches in all competitions and midfielders Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan looking more dangerous going forward Anything other than a comfortable win for United would be a surprise on its return to Europe’s top competition after missing out last season United qualified by winning the Europa League “To be humble is to admit the opponent has the same ambition as we have and that the opponent can perfectly come here like they did in the past and give Manchester United a bad taste” Mourinho said in reference to the teams’ last meeting at Old Trafford six years ago when United needed a 90th-minute goal from Ashley Young to escape with a 3-3 draw “But we are strong we are playing well we have good confidence in ourselves” Basel will look to exploit a potential weakness at center back for United with Phil Jones and Eric Bailly _ the starting combination in the Premier League _ both suspended Chris Smalling and offseason either (Source: Express photo by Ravi Kanojia) Related News TheConstitution of India as adopted in 1950 had envisaged independent India as a federal socialist and secular democracy based on the doctrines of equality and liberty The ideals of equality liberty socialism and secularism underlay its provisions from the very beginning but the last two of these were made more conspicuous in 1976 when the preamble to the Constitution was amended to formally declare India a socialist and secular country Our understanding of equality liberty socialism and secularism has however always been different from how the rest of the world understands these ideals The Constitution itself made them somewhat special Provisions mandating the state to protect the cow for the majority community and the kirpan for the Sikh minority were included in its initial version For the purposes of protective discrimination and affirmative action to eliminate backwardness the Constitution specified Scheduled Castes which to begin with were restricted to the majority community But gradually the classification was opened up to include two particular minorities in response to their protests against exclusion The established traditions of the erstwhile princely states of Travancore and Cochin to maintain temples out of the state exchequer were protected at the time of their assimilation into the Indian Union — a special provision to that effect was inserted in the Constitution The Congress party over about half a century of ruling the country made our concepts of socialism secularism equality and liberty more special thanks to its policies and performance In 1968 its government convinced the Supreme Court that the Aligarh Muslim University had not been established by Muslims and hence was not entitled to the benefits accorded by the Constitution to minority educational institutions In 1976 after proclaiming the Emergency to save its government it succeeded in making the majority of a Supreme Court bench agree that depriving political detenus of their constitutional remedies against arbitrary arrest was fine In 1991 it enacted a Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act to protect the shrines of all communities from communal vandalism but felt constrained to keep the 500-year-old Ayodhya mosque out of its ambit In 1993 it set up under foreign pressure a National Human Rights Commission but could not care less about its decisions and recommendations After remaining out of power for eight years when the Congress bounced back in 2004 it ruled in the name of an absolutely honest and sincere head of government but he was allegedly constantly excluded from decision-making exercises During this decade the Congress extended to the largest minority in the country the olive branch of the Sachar committee and made minorities dream of reservation in government jobs and educational institutions by appointing the Ranganath Mishra commission But when these commissions submitted their recommendations the government shied away from implementing them Having failed to contain the corruption growing right under its nose or control the unprecedented price rise the government kept making promises to do better if given another chance People’s patience however cannot be limitless At the end of the unduly long elections the simmering discontent over the sorry state of affairs in society became clear in the astonishing results What had to happen has happened Those who have suffered a crushing defeat are now saying janta ka faisla hamein sweekar hai (the people’s decision is acceptable to us) — as if they have any other choice And those who have won are projecting their landslide victory as the dawn of “good days” The past policies and performance of the victors are justifiably scaring the two largest minority communities of the country To rid the nation of the long dynastic rule that was brimming with all manner of anti-people activities was the need of the hour Seen from that angle the change of guard is a change for the better But if the new rulers are to let the apprehensions of minorities come true the nation would have paid a heavy price for achieving this goal The fact is that the outgoing regime wasn’t a bed of roses for the minorities and the incoming government isn’t likely to unleash a reign of terror on them either In these days of globalisation with the international community watching no government can afford to play out the proverbial tableau of andher nagri chaupat raja The Father of the Nation had once said that the parameter by which to gauge the extent to which a country may be called civilised is how it treats its minorities Let us hope that the new government heeds this advice Let us hope that the concepts of state secularism and people’s equality and liberty which have been rather special to us from the very beginning and have been made even more special by the rulers of the past will not become even more
